Back, neck, knee, ankle or hip pain getting in the way of your work, your daily life or your training? My goal is simple: understand your situation, ease your pain, and give you back a body you can rely on.

I graduated in physiotherapy from UCLouvain, then spent two more years specialising in back, muscle and joint pain. I am an IFOMPT-certified manual therapist, the international benchmark in this field. Manual therapy (mobilisation, manipulation, massage) helps reduce pain and restore movement, and I always combine it with exercise so the results last.

What makes my approach different

• I design and build strength training equipment (MERGAUX), used in competition. Designing a machine means thinking through every angle and every load that goes through a joint. I bring that same eye to your knee or your back.

• As a former powerlifting competitor, I know what an injury feels like, and how much you want to get back to it.

• My thesis on neurological assessment helps me spot signs of nerve involvement (sciatica, arm nerve pain) and know when you need to see your doctor.

In practice

• A full assessment from the first session, with clear explanations.

• Manual therapy for relief, and tailored exercises so results last.

• Taping (strapping) to support a joint or tendon while you get back to activity.

• Measured strength tests to track progress and know objectively when to return to sport.

• A home exercise programme, and strength equipment at the practice when your rehab needs it.

Sessions in English, French and German. Monday and Wednesday 8 am to 8 pm, Friday 12 pm to 8 pm.
