Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne et j’effectue actuellement une formation de troisième cycle en psychothérapie intégrative (UCL) afin de devenir psychothérapeute. J’accompagne les adultes et les jeunes adultes (16-25 ans).

Je propose un espace bienveillant, confidentiel et le plus inclusif possible, au sein duquel chacun·e est libre d’évoluer à son rythme, selon ses identités et valeurs personnelles. Les objectifs de l’accompagnement sont définis ensemble et peuvent évoluer en cours de route.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur les courants de la TCC (thérapie cognitivo-comportementale) et l’approche humaniste, mais elle se veut ouverte à d’autres courants thérapeutiques (approche systémique, Etc.). L’essentiel est que le suivi s’adapte à la personne que vous êtes, à votre contexte de vie et à vos besoins.
