Je suis psychologue clinicienne et j’effectue actuellement une formation de troisième cycle en psychothérapie intégrative (UCL) afin de devenir psychothérapeute. J’accompagne les jeunes adultes (16-25 ans), les adultes et les couples.

Je propose un espace bienveillant, confidentiel et le plus inclusif possible, au sein duquel chacun·e est libre d’évoluer à son rythme, selon ses identités et valeurs personnelles. Les objectifs de l’accompagnement sont définis ensemble et peuvent évoluer en cours de route.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur les courants de la TCC (thérapie cognitivo-comportementale) et l’approche humaniste, mais elle se veut ouverte à d’autres courants thérapeutiques (approche systémique, Etc.). L’essentiel est que le suivi s’adapte à la personne que vous êtes, à votre contexte de vie et à vos besoins.

• Troubles dépressifs et de l'humeur

Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of masters' degrees in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.

With a multicultural background and multiple experiences abroad, I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with one’s self, understanding your path, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression.

I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level.
