I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, and am trained in brief therapy, hypnosis and systemic therapy. I see adolescents, adults and couples for consultations that last between 45 and 60 minutes. En tant que psychologue clinicienne, j’accompagne les enfants, adolescent·es, adultes, couples (conjugaux et parentaux) et les familles. Mon approche se nourrit des courants TCC et centrée sur la personne. Je m’adapte à la singularité de chaque personne, tout en tenant compte de son environnement familial, social, professionnel, culturel, etc. Je m’engage à me sensibiliser continuellement aux discriminations systémiques et à leurs conséquences sur l’individu.

Les problématiques abordées peuvent notamment être :

• gestion des émotions ;
• difficultés relationnelles, conflits, troubles de l’attachement ;
• conflits de valeurs ;
• question de genre ;
• parentalité, guidance parentale, grossesse ;
• maladies, deuil ;
• séparation, divorce, déménagement ;

• troubles du comportement ;
• troubles alimentaires ;
• estime de soi ;
• vie affective et sexuelle, polyamour ;

After a few years of practice, I believe that we offer a better quality of listening and presence to those who are at the interaction of our interests and our clinical experience. This is why I prefer to see adolescents and adults with a strong artistic sensibility, but who suffer from depression, anxiety and eating disorders, which are all invisible vulnerability factors; and I am happy to listen to people who have experienced a history of violence, which impacts their emotional and professional choices as well as their self-esteem.

I truly believe that when we assume responsibility over our own emotions and are willing to make changes to feel better, committing to therapy can help us heal and grow. One of my personal strengths for my own work and development, besides my studies in psychology and multiple trainings, has been my psychotherapy process. I could invest on this journey of self- awareness and personal growth a period of four years. With these resources I can kindly give you a hand and accompany you to direct your life in the way that you wish for.
