With a multicultural background and multiple experiences abroad, I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with one’s self, understanding your path, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression. 

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Focusing on these different points is often a key to solving the problem...

Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

Diplômée en psychologie clinique à l’ULB, j’accompagne aujourd’hui adultes et adolescent.e.s à partir de 15 ans (je suis psychologue conventionnée pour ados et adultes). Ma pratique est centrée sur l’individu et sa singularité. La dimension humaine m’est très à coeur: à travers les mots je tiens à créer un lien avec la personne pour pouvoir l’accompagner dans ses questionnements et son cheminement vers le bien-être. Je propose un espace de consultation bienveillant et surtout à l’écoute. Le but est de construire avec l’individu un travail thérapeutique sur mesure, qui prenne en compte ses ressources ainsi que ses limites. Étant en cours de formation à la psychothérapie systemique, j’accorde une grande importance au système dans lequel l’individu évolue et aux liens qu’il a tissé avec les différentes personnes de son entourage familial, professionnel, amoureux…cette dimension est donc prise en considération lors des entretiens. Je suis également spécialisée dans le traumatisme et la victimologie. À partir de vécus difficiles ou douloureux, je propose un accompagnement sécurisé, en suivant le rythme e les ressources personnelles pour pouvoir explorer et mettre des mots sur l’expérience touchante. -Estime de soi, confiance en soi, image de soi -Gestion des émotions -Problématiques de lien (familiales, relationnels…) -Anxiété, épisodes dépressifs, stress post-traumatique… -Problématiques liées à l’adolescence: estime de soi, confiance en soi, problèmes relationnels, anxiété,… -Accueil et soutien d’ados/adultes LGBTQIA+ Je suis psychologue conventionnée pour les moins de 24 ans. Si vous avez une mutuelle belge vous pouvez bénéficier de 10 séances à 11 euros. La première séance est gratuite. Tout rendez-vous doit être annulé au moins 24 heures à l’avance. Une indemnité sera réclamée en cas de non présentation (sauf si justification).

I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development. 

As a psychologist, my approach is mainly based on individual contact with the person in difficulty, the interview and the in-depth examination of his/her situation and problems. Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.

Sexologue depuis 2023 et membre de la Société des Sexologues Universitaires de Belgique (SSUB), je me suis spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des personnes ayant vécu des violences sexuelles. J’offre un espace bienveillant et sécurisant, où chacun peut avancer à son rythme.

J’accompagne autour des notions de limites, consentement et communication, essentielles pour retrouver une relation apaisée à soi, à son corps et à l’autre. Mon travail s’adresse aussi à toute personne souhaitant développer une sexualité épanouie, dépasser certaines croyances, mieux se connaître ou améliorer la relation à son/sa partenaire.

Ensemble, nous explorons la reconnexion à soi, le désir, l’amour et l’estime de soi, ainsi que la communication et l’enrichissement de la vie affective et intime. Chaque parcours étant unique, je veille à trouver l’accompagnement le plus adapté pour favoriser votre santé sexuelle et relationnelle.
