• Comprendre votre douleur : Une radio ou une IRM ne raconte jamais toute l'histoire. Le stress, votre posture au travail, votre sommeil ou la peur de vous refaire mal jouent un rôle direct dans ce que vous ressentez. En ciblant l'ensemble de ces facteurs, je ne cherche pas juste à « éteindre le signal » temporairement, mais à agir durablement sur les facteurs qui entretiennent votre problème.

1️⃣   Bilan initial (1ère séance) : Échange approfondi (histoire de la douleur, exclusion des contre-indications) et examen physique complet (mobilité, force, tests fonctionnels) pour identifier les principaux facteurs à l'origine de vos symptômes et de vos limitations.

2️⃣   Traitement sur mesure : Combinaison de thérapie manuelle, d'exercices ciblés et d'explications claires pour gérer votre douleur au quotidien.

Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Jean-Philippe ORMOND completed his 6 years of studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He practices a medical osteopathy which mainly addresses dysfunctions of the locomotor system and the peripheral nervous system but also digestive or jaw problems. He treats adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies). Graduated in 2013, I specialized in sports physiotherapy in Paris (KINESPORT) until 2015. I now work in a well-equipped multidisciplinary center with a dynamic, specialized and attentive team.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,...
