I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, j’interviens sur diverses problématiques telles que l'addiction, l’anxiété, la dépression, les troubles relationnels, les transitions de vie (divorce, naissance, deuil,...) ou encore les questionnements identitaires.

Je suis psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute spécialisée en Thérapie Cognitive et Comportementale (TCC) et en hypnothérapie. Je prends en charge les enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à des difficultés anxieuses, traumatiques ou émotionnelles.

Ma pratique s'appuie sur des protocoles scientifiques validés, combinant la rigueur de la TCC pour traiter les phobies, les troubles paniques, les TOCs, les états de stress post-traumatique, etc avec les techniques d'hypnose Ericksonienne. Cette approche intégrative permet d'accéder aux ressources inconscientes et de renforcer l'efficacité du suivi.

Lors des premières consultations, nous procédons ensemble à un protocole structuré comprenant : une évaluation complète incluant des entretiens cliniques et l'utilisation d'outils validés. Sur cette base, nous définissons des objectifs thérapeutiques concrets et établissons un plan de traitement personnalisé, intégrant des techniques de TCC et si nécessaire, d'hypnose adaptées à votre situation. Nous faisons le point sur vos progrès et ajustons les techniques si besoin.

Après avoir obtenu mon bachelier d’orientation psychanalytique en France, j’ai ensuite poursuivi mon Master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Sensible aux questions du traumatisme psychique, je viens de terminer la formation aux cliniques du psychotraumatisme du Centre Chapelle-aux-Champs. En tant que psychologue clinicienne, j’accorde une importance primordiale au respect de l’autre et au travail de co-construction rendu possible grâce au lien de confiance. J’accueille des adolescents et des adultes en français et en bulgare de 8h à 14h le samedi matin.
