I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients. Je suis psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute spécialisée en Thérapie Cognitive et Comportementale (TCC) et en hypnothérapie. Je prends en charge les enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à des difficultés anxieuses, traumatiques ou émotionnelles.

Ma pratique s'appuie sur des protocoles scientifiques validés, combinant la rigueur de la TCC pour traiter les phobies, les troubles paniques, les TOCs, les états de stress post-traumatique, etc avec les techniques d'hypnose Ericksonienne. Cette approche intégrative permet d'accéder aux ressources inconscientes et de renforcer l'efficacité du suivi.

Lors des premières consultations, nous procédons ensemble à un protocole structuré comprenant : une évaluation complète incluant des entretiens cliniques et l'utilisation d'outils validés. Sur cette base, nous définissons des objectifs thérapeutiques concrets et établissons un plan de traitement personnalisé, intégrant des techniques de TCC et si nécessaire, d'hypnose adaptées à votre situation. Nous faisons le point sur vos progrès et ajustons les techniques si besoin.

After my studies in psychology at ULB, I moved to the business world where I give training and, at the same time, I started as a psychotherapist. I welcome you every Friday afternoon at 1180 Uccle, at the Mimosa Paramedical Centre, rue du Ham, 126. And every Saturday morning in 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse at the Mimosa Paramedical Centre, avenue de la Forêt de Soignes, 25.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of a master's degree in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located on Rue Jean Morjau, Anderlecht. You can also find it through this academic research on the influence of emotions on the feeling of agency.

Après avoir obtenu mon bachelier d’orientation psychanalytique en France, j’ai ensuite poursuivi mon Master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Sensible aux questions du traumatisme psychique, je viens de terminer la formation aux cliniques du psychotraumatisme du Centre Chapelle-aux-Champs. En tant que psychologue clinicienne, j’accorde une importance primordiale au respect de l’autre et au travail de co-construction rendu possible grâce au lien de confiance. J’accueille des adolescents et des adultes en français et en bulgare de 8h à 14h le samedi matin.
