Animée par une grande soif d'apprentissage et une passion pour le domaine de la santé, j'ai entrepris une formation en kinésithérapie afin de compléter mon parcours d'ergothérapeute.

Graduate in general medicine at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. The aim of general medicine is to preserve your health, both physical and mental. My role is to diagnose and treat pathologies but also to prevent them, such as vaccination, the fight against obesity and smoking. In addition, the general practitioner ensures continuity of care and acts as an intermediary with the specialists. I will therefore try to help you as much as possible, to answer your questions and expectations within the limits of my competence and as humanely as possible.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie depuis 2022, j’ai poursuivi ma formation par un master complémentaire à finalité musculo-squelettique à l’UCLouvain (2022-2024).

Cette spécialisation m’a permis d’approfondir mes connaissances en thérapie manuelle et d’acquérir des compétences avancées dans le traitement des troubles musculo-squelettiques. Elle a également renforcé mon raisonnement clinique, me permettant d’optimiser la qualité des soins que je propose. J’accorde donc une importance capitale au bilan réalisé lors de la première séance afin d’établir un diagnostic précis et d’élaborer un traitement adapté aux objectifs de chacun.

Grâce à une combinaison de thérapie manuelle, d’exercices spécifiques et d’éducation thérapeutique, mon accompagnement vise à soulager vos douleur, restaurer votre mobilité et prévenir les récidives. Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver pleinement vos capacités fonctionnelles et d'améliorer durablement votre qualité de vie.

Manon Moreau, physiotherapist specializing in sports physiotherapy, welcomes you at the Tivoli center in Laeken and at the Bogemans Paramedical center in Wemmel. She is trained at the runner's clinic, in lumbo-pelvic manual therapy, in sports physiotherapy and in post-natal physiotherapy. There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.

Michel Schoonjans has a degree in physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and has been an official physiotherapist since 1996. With more than 23 years of experience, he is able to treat all people suffering from musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular or psychomotor disorders. Michel Schoonjans has a very rich background in the field of physical therapy.
