With 14 years experience as a physiotherapist at the foot of the Austrian mountains, I have now decided to continue my work in Belgium. 

I've continually developed and trained in the field of orthopaedics, surgery and traumatology.

I am specialised in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage. 

I'm passionate about my work and want to use my knowledge and expertise to support and guide you in your rehabilitation. 

I'm fluent in German and English and have a good level of French, which I'm improving on a daily basis.

Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Manon Wilfart, physiotherapist, specialized in oro-maxillo-facial and myofunctional rehabilitation. This treatment is part of the prevention, evaluation and treatment of temporomandibular disorders that can be associated with migraines, headaches, tinnitus, neck pain, etc. as well as sleep disorders such as snoring and apnea through exercises to rebalance the muscles of the mouth, face and neck. She welcomes you with pleasure in the KINEFIX center on Mondays and Thursdays from 8am to 6pm.

Graduated in physiotherapist since 1997 and specialist in the shoulder and knee. I treat by Global Postural Rehabilitation. I receive you at the MICHEL-ANGE CENTER.

A physical therapist, Shanna Kayembe, graduated from Parnasse Isei where she earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2018. She specializes in neck pain, shoulder rehabilitation and sports physical therapy. She welcomes you in her practice in Evere and in the W Sport Clinic.

Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Cette formation m’a permis d’acquérir des outils scientifiques solides, tout en conservant l’approche intuitive et personnalisée qui a toujours guidé mon travail.

Une raison qui m’a poussé à suivre des études universitaires est mon intérêt particulier aux cas complexes et aux douleurs chroniques, qui demandent une analyse approfondie et une approche sur mesure. Pour moi, chaque séance est une collaboration : je vous propose mon expertise et expérience et c’est ensemble que nous mettrons en place un traitement et des solutions les plus adaptées à votre quotidien et à vos objectifs. Mon rôle est de vous accompagner dans la compréhension et le soulagement de vos douleurs, en prenant le temps d’écouter votre histoire, vos habitudes de vie et vos besoins ainsi qu’à travers un bilan clinique rigoureux.

Dans certain cas il est important de développer une prise en charge interdisciplinaire. Si nécessaire, et avec votre accord, je communiquerai avec votre médecin, kinésithérapeute ou autre professionnel de santé.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.

Passionate about perinatality and gynecology, I mainly consult for future and young mothers as well as for pathologies of the pelvic sphere, in particular endometriosis, a subject in which I am very involved with awareness and research projects. I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). In order to provide you with the most adapted and optimal support possible, I am constantly looking for new scientific and practical training and information. I will do my utmost to ensure that your rehabilitation is carried out in a climate of confidence and serenity.

Diplômé de l’ISEK et animé par une passion pour la kiné, j’ai développé une expertise diversifiée englobant la kiné générale, les douleurs musculo-squelettiques, la kiné sportive, la rééducation pré et post-opératoire, le drainage lymphatique manuel ainsi que la cupping therapy (hijama). Grâce à une formation solide, une pratique assidue et une volonté constante de me perfectionner, je m’efforce de proposer des soins alliant efficacité et innovation, en phase avec les évolutions de la profession.

Mon approche, centrée sur l’écoute et la confiance, me permet d’offrir un accompagnement personnalisé, adapté aux besoins uniques de chaque patient. Ma priorité est de guider mes patients vers une récupération optimale et un bien-être durable, en mettant tout en œuvre pour améliorer leur qualité de vie et leur mobilité.
