Sébastien Capony

I am an independent physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation based in Brussels, practicing at Hälsa (Ixelles, near ULB) and Clinique 53 (Woluwe-Saint-Pierre).

Before becoming a physiotherapist, I spent over 15 years working as a tennis coach. This experience gives me a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport, particularly overuse injuries, return-to-sport rehabilitation, and injury prevention.

I place great importance on listening, providing gentle, progressive care, and creating a calm and trusting environment. My goal is not only to relieve pain, but also to help patients better understand their body and take an active role in their own recovery.

I regularly work with active adults, recreational athletes, tennis and racket-sport players, as well as individuals experiencing chronic pain or tension related to work or stress.

Clinique 53 specializes in post-surgical rehabilitation, particularly of the shoulder, knee, and ankle. I collaborate closely with the center’s surgeons to ensure a consistent, tailored approach throughout the rehabilitation process.

Consultations are available in Ixelles (Hälsa, near ULB) and Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (Clinique 53), and I also offer home visits in the Brussels area when needed.
