Doctor Abchar receives you at the Ixelles Medical Office every day of the week from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays. He also welcomes you at the NOVAE medical center from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday.

A graduate of the Haute École Ilya Prigogine, I acquired solid experience in physiotherapy during my academic career. I have worked in various fields, such as sport, psychiatry, neurology, as well as in the treatment of general pathologies frequently encountered by physiotherapists. My final thesis focused on injuries among CrossFit practitioners. Today, as a physiotherapist, I am proud to serve at the Care Happy Center and the Molière Hospital. My main goal is to continue to improve myself and expand my professional skills. This is why I am committed to further training in sports physiotherapy, manual therapy and acupuncture. My field of intervention includes not only sports-related pathologies, but also all other orthopedic, traumatic, post-operative conditions, and much more. I make it a point of honor to support and understand the specific needs of each of my patients. My approach to care is holistic, aiming to promote their general well-being while adapting to their individual situation. My goal as a physiotherapist is to provide quality care, based on the latest advances in the profession, and to offer comprehensive support to my patients to help them regain their health and mobility. There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. Sports physiotherapist (BFSP-GOLD) and manual therapist (IFOMPT), I specialize in the management of back problems and sports-related conditions. My patients appreciate my attentive approach and commitment to their recovery. Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at UCL in 2015. In 2017, I specialized in the field of perineology and perinatality. Specialization in perineology allows me to take care of women of all ages presenting problems in the urogynecological sector. such as: - Urinary incontinence - Perineal pain - Sexological problem such as vaginismus and dyspareunia - Organ descent As for the perinatal sphere, it gives me the opportunity to support women during their pregnancy, in order to best prepare them for childbirth. After this, I help my patients in their journey as mothers to allow them to find a toned perineum and body in their daily life. The rehabilitation will then focus on the work of the perineum, the strengthening of the abdominal strap as well as an overall fitness... However, my activity is not limited to this area, I had the opportunity in the meantime to follow other training in various sectors allowing me to treat a wide range of pathologies in physiotherapy. (orthopedics and traumatology, post-operative, manual lymphatic drainage, global massage, etc.) I am someone who listens to my patients and I like to implement a treatment with them that will take into account the specificity of each one.

Having acquired some experience in the management of sports pathologies in general and of the shoulder more specifically. I give my best to help my patients achieve their goals.
