I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life

Passionate about the human body for as long as I can remember, I studied physiotherapy at the ULB before completing my training with 5 years of osteopathy at the CBO. As a sportsman since childhood (tennis, French boxing, running, crossfit), I like to use the knowledge acquired in these disciplines to enrich my professional practice. For me, continuing education is essential, which is why I participate in many seminars in the field of pediatrics, muscular chain, visceral, cranio-sacral and so on.
