Psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute, je propose un accompagnement psychologique aux enfants, adolescents et adultes, dans une perspective psychodynamique et analytique, plaçant le vécu du patient au centre de mes interventions. Psychologue conventionnée, j’adhère au réseau de soins psychologiques de première ligne et soins psychologiques spécialisés. Je reçois à mon cabinet, les vidéo-consultations sont également possibles. Mes expériences professionnelles de psychologue en hôpital psychiatrique et dans différents centres de consultation multidisciplinaire depuis presque 20 ans m’ont amenée à accueillir des souffrances psychiques touchant à la santé mentale générale telles que dépression, anxiété, troubles de la personnalité, burn-out, troubles relationnels, problèmes de couple,… Je suis par ailleurs plus précisément spécialisée dans la prise en charge des troubles alimentaires (anorexie-boulimie) et en psychologie périnatale (dépression post-partum, troubles des premiers liens, problèmes de sommeil de l’enfant,…).

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. I accompany adults in discomfort or questioning, in relation to private difficulties (anxiety, hypersensitivity, parental exhaustion, illness, ...) and/or situations of suffering at work (loss of meaning, stress, burn-out, toxic relationships, harassment, ...). Graduated in osteopathy at the Superior School of Osteopathy of Greater Montpellier (Establishment approved by the French Ministry of Health), Mrs. Nafnaf is specialized in cranial, visceral and musculoskeletal osteopathy. Mrs. Nafnaf consults on Mondays at the Body Positive Studio (in Uccle), on Wednesdays and Fridays at the Stay Strong Center (in Forest) and on Thursdays at the Body Move Clinic (in Brussels).

Trained in CBT, I specialize in anxiety, mood, OCD, panic, bipolar, and psychotic disorders. Employing a warm, collaborative approach, I aim to equip you with the necessary tools for long-term mental well-being.

Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.
