Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Diplômé depuis 1998, j'accompagne toute personne confrontée à des difficultés, en situation de mal-être ou de souffrance, quelles qu’en soient les manifestations ( difficultés relationnelles ou professionnelles, anxiété, angoisse, isolement, addiction, phobies, dépression, troubles du sommeil, burn-out …). L’accompagnement se fait par une écoute attentive visant à permettre un apaisement ainsi que la découverte de solutions personnelles. Le suivi peut être ponctuel ou engagé sur du plus long terme en fonction des besoins et des attentes de chacun. Je reçois les adultes et les adolescents.Ma pratique est fondée sur l’approche psychanalytique et sur l’approche psychothérapeutique institutionnelle.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Parfois, il arrive de rencontrer des changements ou des évènements de vie qui entraînent une certaine souffrance. Cette souffrance peut s’exprimer à travers des sensations et des émotions désagréables voire insupportables. Ces émotions vont alors provoquer des pensées qui peuvent mener à des comportements parfois contre-productifs. Qui n’a jamais vécu une situation qui le dépasse ? Qui n’a jamais adopté un comportement nuisible pour lui-même ? Chaque personne a son propre parcours de vie et il peut arriver à n’importe quel moment de sa vie de vivre une situation difficile à gérer. Le but de cet espace de travail thérapeutique consiste à identifier et à déconsolider les schémas de pensée négatifs afin de construire de nouveaux modes de pensée plus réalistes ou plus confortables. Il s’agit d’une co-construction de certains outils et techniques efficaces en cas de souffrance psychologique : dépression, anxiété, crise d’angoisse, estime de soi, évènement de vie compliqué, difficultés relationnelles, changements, addictions, burn-out, troubles obsessionnels compulsifs, phobies, etc. La co-construction permet à la personne souhaitant entreprendre un travail thérapeutique d’acquérir une autonomie dans la gestion de son bien-être psychologique. Mon approche de travail s’oriente selon les techniques de la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) qui permettent de construire des stratégies d’adaptation et de résolution de problème et de travailler la régulation émotionnelle.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.
