Tijdens mijn opleiding Voedings- en Dieetkunde aan de Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel volgde ik de bijscholing tot sportdiëtiste, aangevuld met diverse extra opleidingen en bijscholingen, waaronder een opleiding rond het FODMAP-dieet. Hierdoor kan ik mensen met darmklachten, zoals het prikkelbaredarmsyndroom (PDS), gericht begeleiden.

Naast mijn passie voor sportvoeding begeleid ik ook mensen met eetproblemen of een eetstoornis. Hierbij staat een persoonlijke, respectvolle en niet-oordelende aanpak centraal, met aandacht voor het opbouwen van een gezonde relatie met voeding.

Daarnaast help ik graag mensen bij het bereiken van een gezondere levensstijl. Ik geloof in haalbare en duurzame veranderingen die aansluiten bij jouw dagelijkse leven. I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) with a Masters in Osteopathy. My goal is to encourage patients to take care of their health and enhance their body's function in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

My holistic approach is very comprehensive and includes a wide combination of techniques (articular, functional, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral, etc.). I am passionate about the human body, its capacity to adapt and how osteopathy can help the body in its healing process.

I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise.
