Graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree specializing in osteopathy at the ULB, I will see you for diagnosis and treatment manual for your pain. My training includes both a solid scientific theoretical base, as well as varied techniques, ranging from joint manipulations to so-called “gentle” techniques. I take the time to listen to you in order to understand the complexity of your clinical history and I respect your requests (phobia of manipulation, modesty, etc.).

Après presque 10 ans en tant qu'infirmière, au plus près des patients, j'ai ressenti le besoin de compléter mon approche par une vision plus globale de la santé. L'ostéopathie s'est imposée à moi comme une évidence : une pratique humaine et manuelle, centrée sur l'équilibre et l'écoute du corps. 

Diplômée du Conservatoire Supérieur d'Ostéopathie (CSO) à Nanterre, en France, je m'appuie sur mon double parcours paramédical et ostéopathique pour garantir des soins adaptés et respectueux des besoins de chacun. Chaque consultation repose sur une expertise approfondie et une écoute attentive, dans le respect des spécificités de chaque patient.

I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach that targets joint and tissue mobility restrictions. Using different techniques, the osteopath aims to relieve pain and associated disorders, helping to restore the body's function and rebalance it as a whole. My role as a dietician is to optimize your diet, whether you are healthy or ill, by giving sound and scientifically validated advice. This takes into account your situation, your lifestyle & your health status. During our meetings, before giving the first advice, I will listen and evaluate, without judgment, your current eating habits. But it doesn't stop there. To make the advice a lasting part of your life, you need personalized support and follow-up to motivate, support and encourage you. I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary). This will allow me to create your file and give you the first advice according to your needs and requests. We will then schedule follow-up consultations (20-30 minutes) to continue the accompaniment and adjust if necessary
