I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life.
