Je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en psychologie de l’Université Paul Valéry de Montpellier, ainsi que d’un master en psychologie clinique obtenu à l’Université libre de Bruxelles.

Actuellement, je poursuis une formation continue en vue de devenir psychothérapeute systémicienne spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des familles et des couples.

Je travaille dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse, où j’assure le suivi de jeunes pris en charge dans le cadre de mesures judiciaires ordonnées par le tribunal de la jeunesse.

J'ai choisi de devenir psychologue d'abord pour comprendre mon fonctionnement interne, me libérer de mes pensées obscures. Grâce aux outils proposés par la psychologie clinique, cette introspection m'a permis de me libérer, de déjouer les "patterns" de ma psyché qui m'empêchaient de m'émanciper. Ces "patterns" , causés par un environnement nocif, nous enferment dans nos peurs et nous limitent à notre zone de confort. Pour déjouer cette angoisse fondamentale, il faut apprendre à affronter ces peurs, ces angoisses. C'est pourquoi j'ai mis en place pour moi-même et pour mes patients, de pratiquer l'apprentissage par l'erreur. de surmonter ces peurs et d'appréhender la souffrance comme étant une étape nécessaire à l'apprentissage. Ma mission maintenant consiste à transmettre ce savoir. ces outils qui permettent de décortiquer notre fonctionnement psychique. aux générations futures et à ceux comme moi qui se sont enfermés dans une routine d'immobilisme. Mes inspirations proviennent de la psychologie systémique mais aussi plus récemment des travaux de J. Peterson et d'I. Yalom. Si en lisant ces quelques lignes, vous vous sentez angoissé et n'osez pas faire le pas de suivre une thérapie, alors je vous invite à ressentir pleinement cette sensation: le "symptôme" que vous subissez en ce moment est un indicateur. c'est le voyant du tableau de bord qui vous indique une panne, ensemble nous pourrons peut-être identifier la cause et y apposer un remède.

As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.
