I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Diplômée d’un master en psychologie clinique à l’ULB, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours à l’UCLouvain où j’ai obtenu un master de spécialisation en cliniques psychothérapeutiques intégrées. Je poursuis aujourd’hui ma formation en psychothérapie intégrative (à dominante TCC) au sein de la même université.

Mon approche s’enrichit de ces différentes influences, tout en restant profondément ancrée dans l’écoute, la présence et la dimension humaine de la rencontre thérapeutique.
