I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? Our body is a machine with complex gears and countless transmission belts. Being able to find the right key to interpret when the warning light of pain turns on, identifying its origin, looking at the patient in all his complexity, and being able to guarantee him lasting benefit are the greatest satisfaction that this work can give me.

Curious to understand the functioning of the human body and passionate about manual medicine, I completed a 6-year course at the Université Libre de Bruxelles before obtaining my osteopathic diploma. Today, I consult in several multidisciplinary practices in Brussels where I ensure a precise, gentle and patient-friendly treatment. As an osteopath, and in a general way, I am interested in musculo-articular pains as well as in their relief by the hand and by the movement. I am particularly interested in the treatment of pregnant women, the jaw joint and its relationship with the cervical spine, and acute situations such as torticollis or lumbago.

Graduate of osteopathy at the U.L.B. The reason for the consultation, the patient's complaint as well as a clinical examination will lead to an appropriate osteopathic treatment. The osteopathy sessions allow to treat the "blockages" of muscular, articular, neurological or digestive type in order to give back a freedom of movement and the desired well-being.

Alicia Absil is an osteopath with several experiences. She specializes in adult osteopathy as well as pediatric osteopathy after graduating with a double master's degree in Motor Sciences in 2016 and a Master's degree in Osteopathy in 2017. Holder of a D.O in osteopathy obtained with Great Distinction, Julien Bosc studied at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). During his osteopathic degree (D.O), he was an osteopath at the Saint Guidon clinic & at BUCOPA within the Erasmus Hospital. This experience allowed him to put his knowledge into practice and to better understand the realities of the professional environment. He also realized in the framework of his dissertations, a study on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in patients with chronic neck pain in 2018 and 2019. To update his knowledge, he took part in several conferences on: Cervical Spine, Soft Tissue and Osteopathy State of the Art. Committed to defend the rights and recognition of osteopathy, osteopaths and their patients, he became a member of the Union Professionnelle des Ostéopathes de Belgique. Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.
