As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. Je suis psychologue clinicien et psychothérapeute, spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des adultes faisant face à des difficultés émotionnelles, relationnelles ou liées à des événements de vie marquants.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur deux approches complémentaires :

• Les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), qui visent à identifier et transformer les pensées et comportements sources de souffrance.
• La thérapie EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), particulièrement indiquée dans le traitement des traumatismes, du stress post-traumatique et de certaines formes de dépression.

J’accueille principalement une population adulte, mais je reste ouvert à d’autres publics lorsque la demande s’inscrit dans mes compétences cliniques. Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Je suis psychologue clinicienne agréée, et j'accueille adolescent.es (à partir de 15 ans) et adultes au centre Evidence-psy, à Ixelles.

Je vous reçois pour des problématiques d'anxiété, de burn out, de mal être, de difficultés relationnelles et/ou familiales, pour des questionnements liés à votre parentalité.

Je suis en cours de formation en EMDR, je peux actuellement vous accueillir pour des traumas simples (non chroniques ou relationnel).

Je vous accueille dans un cadre bienveillant, confidentiel et sans jugement, où nous allons évoluer ensemble dans le travail thérapeutique, en fonction de vos demandes et besoins.

Je facture chaque séance 65€ pour 45/50minutes. Une partie peut être prise en charge par votre mutuelle, selon ses conditions. Le paiement se fait par QR ou par espèces.

En cas d'annulation ou modification, merci de m'avertir au minimum 24h à l'avance. Dans le cas contraire je me réserve le droit de vous facturer la séance.
