Bonjour, je m’appelle Nina, kinésithérapeute conventionnée diplômée de la Haute École de Vinci (Bruxelles). J’accompagne autant les troubles musculo-squelettiques du quotidien que les pathologies liées au sport, et j’assure également la rééducation pré et post opératoire.

Passionnée de sport et particulièrement de course à pied, je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en entraînement sportif et préparation physique, en complément de mon diplôme de kinésithérapie. Je poursuis actuellement une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport afin d’enrichir ma pratique et de vous accompagner au mieux dans la prévention des blessures, la remise en condition et le retour à la pratique sportive.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.
