Attiré par le contact humain et le sport en général, j’ai débuté comme kinésithérapeute en 1999. Je me suis ensuite spécialisé en kiné du sport. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. L’ostéopathie s’adresse à toutes et à tous: femmes enceintes, sportifs de haut niveau, amateurs ou sédentaires. I can help you to get rid of a crookedness problem or to perform electrotherapy, tecartherapy or lymphatic drainage. I also provide shockwave and ultrasound treatments. Sports physiotherapist 'déconventionné' (BFSP-GOLD) and manual therapist (IFOMPT), I specialize in the management of back problems and sports-related conditions. My patients appreciate my attentive approach and commitment to their recovery. Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. I am an osteopath graduated from the ULB and I work with neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders. During my training, I acquired a solid medical background that allows me to propose a safe treatment adapted to the problem encountered. My training continued with a complementary master in risk management and well-being at work, option ergonomics (ULB, UCLouvain, ULiège and UMons), which allows me to give advice on prevention. I am also an assistant in charge of osteopathy practical works at the Faculty of Motor Sciences of the ULB, which allows me to keep my knowledge up to date.

I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.

Osteopath Florent Liénard welcomes you at the Stay Strong Center on Mondays from 3:30 to 6:30 pm, Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 to 2:00 pm. He also welcomes you at the Aspria on Fridays from 2:30 to 7:45 pm. Consultations can be done in French or English. You are in good hands.
