Graduated in general osteopathy, I provide treatment adapted to the patient and their disorders associated with the pathology. I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach that targets joint and tissue mobility restrictions. Using different techniques, the osteopath aims to relieve pain and associated disorders, helping to restore the body's function and rebalance it as a whole. Osteopathy is aimed at all populations: adults, elderly people, infants, pregnant women and athletes.

Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, j'ai toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Très vite, j'ai été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. J'ai ensuite voulu m'orienter vers l'ostéopathie pour son approche plus holistique, la prise en considération du patient dans sa globalité, en être entièrement à l'écoute pour l'aider au mieux.

Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.

Emilie Parent is a graduate of Parnasse-ISEI. She obtained a master's degree in physical therapy in 2020. She mainly treats orthopedic injuries (fractures, sports injuries, low back pain, ...) but is also qualified for neurological physiotherapy (post-stroke, tetra/para-plegia, Parkinson's, ...), cardiovascular physiotherapy as well as for all types of exercise training. She also practices Dry Needling to treat trigger points. She is also interested in peri-natal support.

I am specialised in orthopaedic manual therapy, elbow, hand and wrist pathologies, TMJ (jaw) pathologies and headaches as well as in the treatment of runners and musicians. I continue to follow regular professional development seminars in order to improve the efficiency of your treatment. As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. I also encourage you to maintain or restart your sporting activities by sharing its many physical and psychological benefits.
