Qui je suis

Je m’appelle Nassim Mehindate. J’accompagne les personnes et les couples dans leurs questionnements autour de la sexualité, de l’intimité et des relations.


Mon approche est globale, sans jugement, dans un espace respectueux et confidentiel.


Mon accompagnement

. Sexologie : baisse de désir, vaginisme, difficultés à l’orgasme ou à l’excitation, éjaculation précoce, troubles érectiles, changements de vie, etc.

. Thérapie de couple : renouer le dialogue, décoder les incompréhensions, lever les tabous, apaiser les tensions, traverser une séparation, etc.

. Thérapie individuelle : dépasser une rupture, sortir de schémas répétitifs, oser de nouvelles rencontres, etc.


Mon accompagnement repose sur l’écoute, l’empathie et une ouverture à la diversité des vécus.


Formée en sexologie clinique (ULB), sexoanalyse et coaching relationnel, je suis engagée dans une pratique éthique, déontologique et en formation continue.


Mon parcours

Moi aussi, j’ai traversé des doutes dans mes relations. En les explorant, j’ai appris à mieux comprendre mes besoins et à cultiver mon indépendance avec optimisme et résilience.


C’est ce chemin qui m’a menée à devenir sexologue et coach en relations amoureuses : par passion pour ce qui touche à l’intime, au désir, aux liens — à tout ce qui rend nos relations vivantes, sensibles et parfois complexes.

La séance avec la thérapeute fut très constructive. Une écoute active et interactive d’une grande qualité et très professionnelle.
