I hold a degree in Family Studies (Odisee Schaerbeek) and I am currently completing my studies in Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).

Every family faces moments when things don’t go as smoothly as hoped. You might be worried about your child’s development, find that life with a baby or toddler feels different than expected, or experience tension in your relationship with your teenager. Sometimes, taking a step back and talking with someone outside the family can bring clarity and relief.

In my practice, I offer family coaching and child support — from pregnancy onwards, for as long as there are questions or concerns about children or young people, even when they no longer live at home. Sessions can be held in English, French, or Dutch.

My approach is warm, accessible, and tailored to each family’s unique story. Every child, parent, and family moves at their own rhythm. Together, we explore what works best for you, building on existing strengths and nurturing areas that need more support. With younger children, I often use play and creative methods to help them express their feelings and experiences.

Consultations are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at the practice, online on other days, or at home, depending on availability.
