Ysaline m’a aidé à soulager une douleur au genou qui apparaissait lorsque je courais. J’ai adoré chaque séance et j’ai constaté une réelle amélioration au fil du suivi. Les exercices qu’elle m’a proposés étaient parfaitement adaptés à ma situation. Ysaline est douce, à l’écoute, tout en étant dynamique et très motivante. Elle prend le temps d’expliquer et met rapidement en confiance. Je la recommande sans hésiter. Merci beaucoup, Ysaline ! :)

Je recommande vivement Ysaline pour la prise en charge de mes problèmes de dos. Elle a su mettre en place un traitement adapté à ma situation. Son suivi est super et elle ajuste les séances en fonction des progrès.
