Ioan Dunca studied at the Catholic University of Leuven (UCL) where he graduated in orthopedic surgery in 1999. He officially started practicing his profession in 2000, the year in which he began a rich career supported by several professional experiences. Chirurgien à l’écoute et très agréable. Expliqué bien et ne pousse pas à l’opération, on essaye d’autres solutions avant. J’ai été opéré d’une prothèse partielle du genou il y a 3 mois et j’en suis vraiment très contente. La cicatrice est près qu’invisible et je n’ai plus mal, je marche, fait du vélo, jardine. J’espère que l’infiltration que je viens de faire dans l’autre genou marchera mais aussi non, le Dr Dunca l’opérera et j’y vais en toute confiance. Merci Docteur

RDV prévu à 9h, 15 minutes de retard, aucun souci mais quand le retard est dû à un café entre collègues, portes ouvertes et discussions sur l’entretien du jardin j’ai plus de mal. Après 15 min il m’appelle en disant ‘madame X, ah madame X qui n’est déjà pas contente’ sachant que oui effectivement je n’avais plus le sourire. Suite à cela je lui explique en 2/3 phrases mon problème. Il ne m’a posé aucune question, tout venait de moi. J’ai montré mes semelles orthopédiques et il m’a tout simplement répondu ‘çà c’est pas bon’. Puis il a regardé mon pied et me dit « ah oui tu as les pieds creux, c’est comme çà, y a que des problèmes avec les pieds creux ». Il a ensuite touché 30s mon pied et voilà c’était tout. Solution à mon problème, une echo et une visite chez un podologue. Alors je ne suis pas contre l’avis d’ un autre avis mais pas quand on regarde mon pied pendant 2min sans même me faire marcher ou quoi que ce soit. Consultation qui a duré 10min dont 5min sur mes études!

J'avais contacté Dr Dunca pour une deuxième opinion. Il a pris le temps de comprendre mon cas et il a proposé une nouvelle approche pour essayer de me soulager de mon douleur chronique depuis une opération au genou d'il y a un an.
