Mon dentiste m’a conseillé de faire un traitement ortho, après avoir perdu deux molaires pendant mon adolescence . Le traitement orthodontique a résolu la manque de place qui empêchait la pose des implants. Dr. Filip est très compétente, calme, professionnelle et a l’écoute des patients. Un grand Merci à elle !

Dr Filip has managed, in a very professional way, to solve my difficult orthodontic problem, with which I have been struggling for years. She was always punctual, kind and thorough in her explanation. I will, without a doubt, also bring my kids to see her for orthodontic treatments. Thank you, Dr. Filip !

Dr. Filip was on time and provided clear diagnosis after the examination. However, her behavior and attitude wasn’t very professional. I am aware that my child tends to overreact to every dentist visit due to prior unpleasant experiences she had in the past. Dr. Filip showed very little patience dealing with her, and at some point shouted at me as I was trying to calm my child. As much as I really wanted to continue with her for other visits as she is very good at her job and the practice is very clean and professional, unfortunately I don’t think her behavior shown today would be of any help for my child in future visits. Therefore, regretfully we won’t be seeing her again.
