Le Docteur Serpe est très professionnel et bienveillant, il a répondu de manière intelligible à toutes mes questions et a pratiqué les examens nécessaires pour valider son diagnostic. De plus j'ai été pris en charge en avance, dès mon arrivée par ses assistants.

L'accueil plutot froid à la réception. De manière générale, on a plutot l'impression d'être ailleurs que dans un cabinet médical. Les différentes étapes à la chaine (salle d'attente > 1er test de vue > salle d'attente > test de pression > salle d'attente > medecin. ça fait beaucoup de déplacements chaque fois avec ses affaires ... le RDV en lui-même est un peu expédié et distant et je ne comprends pas forécment les résultats du test (+2 en presbytie lors d'achat des lunettes mais +3,5 au test mais comme on ne dispose des résulats qu'à la fin du RDV avec l'ophtalmo c'est trop tard pour poser des questions. Mais par contre on a un RDV le lendemain, ça c'est rare.
