Kinesiologist – Mind-Body Approach and Support in Understanding Patterns of Functioning

Do you sometimes know what you should do… but something inside you seems to hold you back?

Stress, anxiety, exhaustion, emotional difficulties, loss of motivation, lack of confidence, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, procrastination, life transitions… Perhaps you have already tried to understand or change things, but have found it difficult to break free from certain patterns in a lasting way.

Kinesiology offers a mind-body approach that explores what may be underlying the difficulty you are experiencing.

I support you in gaining a better understanding of the mechanisms that influence your reactions and choices: stress, emotions, beliefs, protective mechanisms, habitual patterns of functioning, and life experiences.

The muscle test, used as a biofeedback tool, helps explore stress responses and guide the work towards areas that may require particular attention.

What difficulties can I help with?

I work with:

Babies and children: sleep difficulties, excessive crying or restlessness, fears, learning difficulties, attention difficulties, bedwetting, changes or challenging situations at school.

Teenagers: stress and anxiety, low self-confidence, school difficulties, motivation, bullying, relationship difficulties, educational and career choices, or periods of transition and change.

Adults: chronic stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, burnout, bore-out, brown-out, relationship difficulties, separation or bereavement, trauma, loss of meaning, professional difficulties, procrastination, lack of confidence, or difficulties finding your place.

I also support people experiencing a general sense of unease, difficulty knowing what they truly want, or the feeling that they are living more according to other people's expectations than their own needs.

An integrative approach

My practice is primarily based on kinesiology, complemented by my training in Shiatsu and coaching.

I take a holistic view of the individual and adapt each session to your situation, needs and goals.

Kinesiology can be used alongside medical, psychological or psychiatric care when necessary. It does not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment.

My aim is to help you better understand how you function, reduce the impact of stress, and regain greater freedom in the way you respond, make choices and move forward.
