bienveillance, respect, sens de l’écoute , du professionnalisme, etc… à pris le temps de bien expliquer, d’ analyser… etc (cela change de la médecine à la chaîne) … vous pouvez avoir confiance en des soins médicaux de qualités qui vous seront prodigués.

Dr. Mortada is very cordial and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which is so important when you're already feeling a bit anxious. What really stands out is how reassuring he is. He moves at a gentle pace, especially when he notices that the patient is feeling stressed (1st preg.). This shows a real understanding of patient care. Yes, you might not always be seen exactly at your appointment time – but honestly, that's a good thing. It means he's spending the right amount of time with each patient. He never rushes. He makes you feel comfortable and heard, which is exactly what you need from a gynaecologist. This is the opposite of what so many of us have experienced elsewhere – being rushed out in 10 minutes and treated like a number. Here, I feel that I matter. If you're looking for a caring, patient, and thorough practitioner, look no further.

He ignored the symptoms I described. He behaved me in a way that I'm not being honest in describing my symptoms. Also, he didn't prescribe sufficiently in the first visit. So, I had to wait 3 weeks for a UTI medication. Still I don't know if I received a proper medication from him. I had to do a second test which was totally unnecessary according to my GP. He kept me waiting for additional 2 days just to take a look at the results of my test, while it was ready on the website. I will NEVER EVER go to this doctor again.
