About

Hi there! I am Katrien, a registered dietitian and certified health coach. I have been very sporty from an early age. I did competitive (marathon) roller skating for years. This sparked my interest in nutrition and its effect on your health and sporting performance. That's why I went to study nutrition and dietetics at UCLL and graduated in 2018. After my training as a dietitian, my interest in health and health promotion was even more stimulated and I decided to delve deeper into this. I chose to do the bachelor's degree in Applied Health Sciences. After which I graduated as a health coach in 2020.
