Rendez-vous globalement correct (ponctualité et propreté du cabinet), mais expérience assez décevante sur le plan humain. Dès que j’ai mentionné que mes facettes avaient été réalisées à l’étranger, j’ai senti une réticence et un jugement assez désagréable, comme si cela posait problème de me prendre en charge. Le soin a finalement été fait, mais avec hésitation, ce qui n’est pas très rassurant pour le patient. Je pense qu’un patient vient avant tout chercher de l’aide, des solutions et des conseils, pas un jugement sur ses choix passés. Dommage, car un peu plus de professionnalisme et de neutralité aurait rendu l’expérience bien meilleure.

Lorsqu'un traitement , en particulier des facettes céramiques, est réalisé à l'étranger, il est en principe recommandé d'assurer le suivi auprès du praticien ( responsabilité professionnelle) qui les a posées. Intervenir sur ce type de réalisation implique en effet une prise de risque ( notamment altération ou éclat de la céramique). Malgré ce contexte, le soin a été réalise et des conseils vous ont été apportés afin d'assurer au mieux la suite de votre prise en charge . Je reste attachée à offrir des soins de qualité dans le respect des bonnes pratiques !!!

C’etait la première fois chez cette dentiste. Elle est à l'écoute, professionnelle , donne de bons conseils pour l'hygiène bucco-dentaire. Attentive à ne pas faire mal. Première expérience donc à voir lors d’une prochaine consultation.
