Ze is heel professionele, neemt zij tijd voor de patiënt, ze luistert aandachtig naar problemen van patiënt. Ze is echt behulpzaam en beantwoord alle vragen. Nog belangrijker voel ik op mij gemaak bij consultatie. Zeer aangename tandart.

Je suis sincèrement très satisfait. On se sent écouté, la praticienne explique clairement le(s) problème(s) et comment elle va y remédier. On est également soigné avec douceur, pas de douleur. Après mes tristes expériences précédentes, je me suis vraiment senti en confiance.

Madame Salimi est très professionnelle, fait tout le nécessaire (radio dentaire, manipulation, ...). Lors de la prise de rendez-vous, j'avais signalé que j'avais mal aux dents et que je soupçonnais une carie ! Après occultation et radio, il y a bien une carie, et là déception totale ... on me donne un nouveau rendez-vous 14 jours plus tard pour soigner la carie ! Me voilà parti pour 14 jours de douleur en attendant le rendez-vous suivant ! Je m'attendais à me faire soigner en urgence surtout que tout avait été signalé lors de la prise de rendez-vous !

Bonjour Madame, Merci d'avoir partagé votre expérience. Lors de votre consultation, vous m'aviez indiqué que votre douleur était soulagé par les antalgiques, ce qui signifiait qu'il n y avait pas de douleur aigüe ou insupportable à ce moment-là. J'ai réalisé un examen clinique et radiographique complet afin de poser un diagnostic précis. Comme expliqué lors de la visite, le traitement nécessaire pour cette dent implique une dévitalisation, et non un soin de carie. Il s'agit d'un acte qui demande un créneau plus long et une préparation spécifique. Vous comprendrez qu'il n'est pas possible lors d'un premier rdv de combiner un examen complet ainsi qu'une dévitalisation en une seul séance. C'est pourquoi nous vous avons proposé le rdv le plus rapide possible, afin de vous assurer une prise en charge adaptée et de qualité. Bien cordialement.
