Très bon accueil, qualité d'écoute et d'expertise. Pas de surprises. Grande rigueur. Ici, on est dans du soin, pas dans du business et c'est appréciable car avec tous les suppléments qu'on vous compte aujourd'hui partout dans le domaine médical on peut se demander à quoi servent la mutuelle et dentalia par exemple. Ici aucune surprise de ce genre. Rien à voir avec les cabinets dentaires où des suppléments excessifs vous sont comptés sans justificatif! Désormais j'ai trouvé mon dentiste qui a ma confiance car il est dans son métier et dans le serment qu'il a fait. Grand merci pour cela.

She did ok with cleaning. No English spoken except my the secretary. So if English is a must I’d go to a different doctor. However she was professional and prompt and cleaned well.

J'avais prévenu par message que j'avais mal aux dents. Le dentiste a rapidement examiné mes dents avec un simple miroir et a déclaré qu'il n'y avait pas de caries. Cela a pris cinq minutes. Il m'a ensuite demandé si je souhaitais un détartrage. Cela a duré dix minutes. Le lendemain matin, je me suis réveillé avec une rage de dents encore plus intense. J'ai appelé le dentiste, qui m'a simplement demandé si je voulais prendre un nouveau rendez-vous. J'ai demandé ce qu'il pouvait faire, mais il n'a pas su me répondre. Je soupçonne personnellement une carie ou la nécessité d'un traitement de canal, mais je n'ai plus confiance en ce dentiste et je vais prendre rendez-vous ailleurs.

Dr Maria is efficient and professional. Before starting, she explained the procedure and the costs, and also what is covered by insurance. She completed the treatment on time. Clinic is easy to find and there is plenty of street parking nearby.
