Ayant suivi une formation de coaching dans le cadre de mon travail, je me suis rendue compte que le fait d’aider les gens à retrouver confiance en eux et les guider à relever de nouveaux défis rentrait mieux dans ma perspective de service à la personne. J’ai donc décidé de suivre une formation plus approfondie, débouchant sur un diplôme reconnu. C’est au long de ce parcours que j’ai découvert l’International Coach Federation et c’est sur base de leur enseignement et de leur déontologie que mon professeur a dirigé son cours. J’adhère totalement à la pratique de mon métier à partir de cette éthique. Devenue membre, je suis régulièrement des formations continuées afin d’approfondir mes connaissances sur le sujet.
