I am a lifespan psychologist with also a EU certificate from the ELMO Lifestyle Medicine Organization. I coach on Saturdays at the Mimosa Medical Centre, where I coach coachees from many different countries. On demand I often do coachings online in the evenings. As a lifespan psychologist I’m interested in all phases of life and how we can age better, both (mentally) healthy and active. I prefer a solution & results oriented, client-centered coaching and often make use of motivational interviewing, the ‘Values in Action’ Character Strenghts tool and other inspirational tools from the positive psychology.
