You are experiencing a situation of suffering: personal or professional exhaustion, close to or in burnout, misunderstandings and/or loss of meaning, lack of motivation or confidence, anxiety, stress, anger, pervasive sadness, unsatisfactory or deadlocked family or parental relationships, etc. For all these situations, I can accompany you to help you understand how to get out of them and become an actor of change in a brief therapy dynamic. This will be done, among other things, through the prescription of tasks or challenges between sessions. During a brief therapy, systemic and strategic decoding allows us to propose new experiences that will bring about change. This active method aims at empowering the person being accompanied; it proposes concrete experiences to find an ecological solution to problematic situations. During my training in brief therapy, I specialized in helping families (children, teenagers, school bullying, parents, couples, ...). I use this accompaniment with empathy, humor and sensitivity in order to help you to stop suffering and to find freedom of action.
