I am a licensed psychologist with a clinical psychologist visa. Of Colombian origin, I completed my training in psychology at the University of Paris V Descartes (Licence) and at the Free University of Brussels (Master). I also have a certification in Systemic Family and Couple Therapy obtained at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and a training in EMDR Therapy with Integrative. I give an important place to continuing education and in this sense I regularly attend symposiums and conferences (Plural Families, Children's Words, symposium of Mr. Maurizio Andolfie family therapist ...) In parallel to my consultation, I practice in an institutional setting with the Asbl Relais Enfants Parents which aims to maintain the relationship between children and parents in prison. I receive adults, adolescents, families and couples in a respectful and non-judgmental manner. I am committed to working with you on issues of communication, anxiety, stress, couples, separation, grief, self-esteem, simple traumas... I propose a systemic approach because I believe that, for an individual, being part of a system is part of his or her identity and that this system can have a great impact on his or her life and well-being. This approach allows us to identify the context in which difficulties arise and to take it into account in order to work on change. An important part of the therapy will be to focus on the resources of each individual, family or couple. For traumas, I propose an EMDR approach. I propose to welcome you with all your particularities, taking into account your origins, your culture, your beliefs, your values and everything that is part of you, which will help us to move forward in the therapeutic work. Le doy mucha importancia a formarme continuamente y en ese sentido, voy regularmente a congresos y conferencias (Famille plurielles, Parole d'enfants, congreso de el señor Maurizio Andolfie terapeuta de familia...) Ademas de mi consulta, trabajo en un marco institucional en la Asbl Relais Enfants-Parents que tiene como objeto mantener la relación hijos-padres detenidos. Recibo Adultos, adolescentes, familias y parejas con respeto y sin juicio. Me comprometo a realizar un trabajo con usted con sus problemas de comunicación, ansiedad, stress, pareja, separación, duelo, autoestima, traumas simples... Propongo un enfoque de orientación sistemático porque pienso que , un individu, hace parte de un sistema, este sistema hace parte de su identidad y el puede tener un impacto en su vida y su bienestar. Este enfoque nos permite identificar el contexto en el cual las dificultades encontradas han surgido y tenerlo en cuenta para trabajar en el cambio. Un elemento importante en la terapia consistirá en centrarse en los recursos de cada individuo, de la familia o de la pareja, para el trabajo del traumatismo trabajo con la tecnica del EMDR.
