Suite à des études de psychologie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles j’ai d’abord exercé en entreprise. L’humain ayant toujours été un point central à ma pratique, j’ai décidé d’en faire ma priorité. Je vous propose donc un suivi thérapeutique répondant aux problématiques liées non seulement au monde du travail mais également à celui de l'école. Je prends donc en charge les adultes ainsi que les adolescents et étudiants. Mon approche peut être divisée en différents axes. D’abord, toutes les questions liées au bien-être au travail ainsi qu'à l'école avec des problématiques telles que la gestion du stress, l’épuisement professionnel ou burn-out, le harcèlement, les relations interpersonnelles conflictuelles ou encore le décrochage scolaire. Ensuite, la question de l’orientation/réorientation professionnelle. Cela concerne autant les jeunes adultes en quête de la voie qui leur correspond que les employés qui aimeraient retrouver du sens au travail. Enfin, j'aborde également les problématiques liées à l'estime de soi, l'anxiété ou encore la gestion des émotions que ça soit en milieu professionnel ou non. Je propose un accompagnement adapté avec des solutions durables dans le temps.

Dans un cadre bienveillant, j'accompagne les patients qui souffrent d’un mal-être au quotidien ayant d’origine personnelle, sociale et culturelle. Je propose un soutien psychologique auprès des patients souffrants d’anxiété, de dépression, de stress post-traumatique (maltraitance, violence, abus sexuel…), les victimes d’harcèlement (scolaire, professionnelle et sexuelles) et de burn-out parental. Je réalise également des évaluations de fonctionnement cognitif général (QI) des enfants (de 6 ans à 16 ans et 11 mois) dans le cadre de difficultés ou de troubles des apprentissages (retard de développement, haut potentiel…). Je suis également une psychologue de première ligne pour enfants/adolescents (0-23ans)

Je vous propose une rencontre dans un cadre serein et respectueux, autour d’une approche issue du courant humaniste. Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.

Mon objectif est de vous accueillir dans ce nouvel espace où vous pouvez déposer ce qui vous pèse, dans un climat de bienveillance, et de bénéficier d’un suivi adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins. 

Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.

Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. My psychotherapeutic vision is Freudian inspired. I welcome you for a first meeting at my office or at your home to understand your problems. You will then decide if you wish to start a therapeutic work.

After a few years of practice, I believe that we offer a better quality of listening and presence to those who are at the interaction of our interests and our clinical experience. This is why I prefer to see adolescents and adults with a strong artistic sensibility, but who suffer from depression, anxiety and eating disorders, which are all invisible vulnerability factors; and I am happy to listen to people who have experienced a history of violence, which impacts their emotional and professional choices as well as their self-esteem.

Licensed clinical psychologist for children, adolescents and families. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people. Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of masters' degrees in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).
