My clinical training began as an intern in clinical psychology at the psychiatric unit within "Hospital General de Agudos Dr. Teodoro Alvarez" (Buenos Aires, 4years), ending up as Instructor of interns (1 year). Along the following decades, I've been working in the private medical health sector (+10 years) I consider continuous training as the basis of my clinical performance being my practice oriented by evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT), and neuropsychology applied to mental health problems. During the meetings, a central place is given to defining problems, goals and approaches. As a team of work both client and therapist, work collaboratively with an active participation in the process. I´m a native Spanish speaker. Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer. Systemic therapy teaches us that the symptom "says something" to members of the community (often the family and/or the social-professional milieu) in terms of changing relationships. When did the symptoms emerge? What was happening at that time in the environment, the relational context? What new events have disrupted the balance? The therapy will therefore be interested in present and past relationships in order to understand what, if anything, is being replayed in terms of adjusting emotional distances, affects that have been "affected" and that have triggered the appearance of difficulties, of "ill-being". Offering a guarantee of professional listening equipped by university training and experience is certainly important and primordial, it is the necessary condition for therapy, but in my opinion it is not sufficient. To offer a secure framework by creating a climate of confidence where the humanity which is in each one of us finds its rightful place, such is the state of mind of the consultation. A warm welcome, benevolence, kindness, empathy, non-judgment and unconditional respect for the patient's "experiences" while adopting an unconditional positive attitude towards the person, who he is, are the key words and milestones that must order the "patient-therapist" encounter.

Ma pratique de psychologue clinicienne d’orientation analytique s’est enrichie par des spécialisations (tests projectifs, Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model…). Cela me permet de disposer de plusieurs outils afin d’adapter l’accompagnement aux besoins de chaque personne. Je propose, pour les jeunes adultes et les adultes, un espace d’écoute bienveillant et sécurisant, favorisant l’expression et la compréhension des difficultés, ainsi qu’un travail thérapeutique visant à soutenir le développement personnel et les ressources propres à chacun.

Suite à des études de psychologie à l’Université libre de Bruxelles j’ai d’abord exercé en entreprise. L’humain ayant toujours été un point central à ma pratique, j’ai décidé d’en faire ma priorité. Je prends donc en charge les adultes ainsi que les adolescents et étudiants. Mon approche peut être divisée en différents axes. D’abord, toutes les questions liées au bien-être au travail ainsi qu'à l'école avec des problématiques telles que la gestion du stress, l’épuisement professionnel ou burn-out, le harcèlement, les relations interpersonnelles conflictuelles ou encore le décrochage scolaire. Ensuite, la question de l’orientation/réorientation professionnelle. Cela concerne autant les jeunes adultes en quête de la voie qui leur correspond que les employés qui aimeraient retrouver du sens au travail. Enfin, j'aborde également les problématiques liées à l'estime de soi, l'anxiété ou encore la gestion des émotions que ça soit en milieu professionnel ou non. Je propose un accompagnement adapté avec des solutions durables dans le temps.

Diplômé en psychologie clinique, je propose un suivi thérapeutique individualisé dans un cadre bienveillant, empathique et non-jugeant. Mon approche se veut intégrative, c’est-à-dire que je m’inspire de plusieurs courants de la psychologie, en privilégiant les méthodes validées scientifiquement. Etant formé à différentes techniques, le choix de la méthode sera fait de façon individualisée pour répondre au plus près à votre demande.

A psychologist by training, I began training in hippotherapy and animal mediation at the beginning of my master's degree. During my studies I was particularly interested in issues such as harassment, palliative care, parenthood and disability. I continue to educate myself in these different areas through various trainings. I work in a therapy center from Monday to Saturday in Chaumont-Gistoux and in parallel I participate in the implementation and supervision of the pedagogical project of the Asbl Rire et grandir which welcomes children from 0 to 5 years old.
