As a clinical psychologist with a passion for human functioning and relationships, I offer to accompany individuals on their singular path to well-being. In a posture of active, empathic and benevolent listening and thanks to tools borrowed from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and existential therapy. Considering continuous training as essential in the course of a clinician, I am currently training in processual psychotherapy. In this context, I pay particular attention to the importance of the therapeutic relationship and the choice of therapeutic techniques based on scientific evidence.

I am a registered clinical psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and I have at heart to understand the human being and to help him/her as well as possible to face the events of his/her life. The individual is not reduced to his dysfunctions but is in constant evolution in his search for well-being and fulfillment. In the continuity of Carl Rogers' humanistic psychology, I believe in the valorization of each person's potential and in his or her ability to integrate and overcome difficulties. The proposed consultations take place in a warm, caring and non-judgmental environment, where all subjects can be discussed. In this space co-constructed with the patient, my role will be to accompany you in exploring and expressing your experiences, but also to welcome and help you understand the difficulties you are facing at this particular moment of your life. As a therapist, it is essential for me to offer you an intervention that takes into account the uniqueness of each person. Depending on your request, the treatment can be punctual or prolonged, adapted to your rhythm and your real needs. I propose accompaniment for all adults in suffering for different requests such as: relational or emotional difficulties, search for meaning, self-esteem, ill-being, management of stress/anguishments, depressions, dependencies...

I am a clinical psychologist (UCL Belgium) working with adults and teenagers. I use a person-centred therapeutic approach, based on the ideas of Carl Rogers. The therapeutic setting provides a secure environment which facilitates our ability of expression and insight into our present and past situation. During the therapeutic process, we can get to recontextualise our experiences, our emotional and cognitive reactions and to become more balanced on a psychological level. This process can lead us to better cope with life events or difficulties and to create a more active and flexible relationship with ourselves and the others. Its goal is to have a more fulfilling and balanced life, where we have an easier and faster connection to our experiences. The self-awareness gained from therapeutic work can be a resource in many situations in which we encounter difficulties, such as: • problems resulting from the intercultural situation (acculturative stress, culture shock, difficulties to integrate, etc.) • difficulties at the workplace: stress, conflict management, bullying, burnout, existential questions, professional reorientation • anxiety • depression • relationship difficulties

As a psychologist, I welcome children and adolescents from 4 to 18 years old, as well as adults and seniors. This support can be provided in the context of life changes, or a difficult period of life, leading to relational, emotional, affective or behavioral difficulties. Some non-exhaustive examples: anxiety, bereavement, difficulties at school, in managing emotions, changes or difficulties in the family... The consultations will aim to help find a safe place to share something of one's experience and one's suffering. In a desire to be able to best support the people I will meet, I am part of a logic of continuing training in order to enrich my knowledge and skills, and to have various tools at my disposal, to best adapt to them. in every situation.
