Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. I work in 2 areas: - orthopedic physiotherapy, which includes treatment of sports injuries (sprains, tendinopathies, dislocations, tears, contractures,...), operations (prostheses, ligaments, fractures treated by osteosynthesis, herniated discs...) but also pain related to bad postures. - Perineological physiotherapy. This one includes pre and post-natal care but also urinary problems (stress incontinence (coughing, sneezing, carrying a load, trampoline...), difficulties to urinate, emergencies (with or without leakage), perineal pain (during intercourse or not), fecal incontinence or constipation, enuresis (bedwetting), postoperative care (man and woman)...

Je suis kinésithérapeute conventionné à Louvain-La-Neuve, diplômé de l'UCLouvain en 2025, actuellement en formation dans un master complémentaire en musculo-squelettique. Je suis passionné de breakdance et de danse, dont l'analyse du mouvement m'apporte une vision critique qui enrichit ma pratique thérapeutique.

Par une thérapie centrée sur le patient, notre objectif sera de restaurer votre fonction optimale, réduire la douleur et prévenir les récidives grâce à un programme de soins que nous élaborons ensemble.

Je m’appelle Ariane Hanquet, diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie à l’UCL en septembre 2024, je suis passionnée par le sport, notamment la musculation et le ski, ce qui m’a naturellement conduite à m’intéresser au mouvement, à la rééducation et à la performance physique.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect.
