I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree from KU Leuven, where I specialize in Rehabilitation Science with a focus on Manual Therapy for Spinal Disorders and Chronic Pain Rehabilitation. I am currently a candidate for the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Additionally, I am a research assistant at Pain in Motion and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), where I contribute to chronic pain research. I focus on the biopsychosocial factors and personalize my therapeutic plan depending on the needs of the patient.

Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic). Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Mon parcours en bref :

Diplômé de l'UCLouvain, j'ai complété mon cursus avec un second Master en kiné musculo-squelettique, suivi d'un Certificat Universitaire en Thérapie Manuelle Orthopédique (TMO), d'un Certificat en kinésithérapie du Sport avec la SFMKS (France), et finalement d'une formation continue en coaching sportif chez Dan Hunter.

Diplômée en 2016, je possède une expérience de 7 ans dans le domaine de la revalidation neuro-locomotrice, ce qui m'a permis d'acquérir une expertise approfondie dans l'accompagnement et la rééducation des patients atteints de troubles de l'appareil locomoteur.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai suivi plusieurs formations spécialisées, notamment : Le Concept abdo-périnéo, L'Approche posturale de la lombalgie par la méthode de Gasquet, L'actualisation de la prise en charge globale du malade hémiplégique et Le traitement des cicatrices.

Passionnée de sport et sportive moi-même, je comprends l'importance de l'activité physique dans le processus de rééducation et d'amélioration du bien-être.

Delphine Parmentier, approved physiotherapist, I like to take care of patients as a whole. I welcome you for the treatment of any type of pathology (Cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, perinatal, post-surgery, etc.). In addition to general physiotherapy, I am training in osteopathy at the IAO. Note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physiotherapy before the first appointment. Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'UCLouvain, j'ai continué à me former dans le domaine du musculo-squelettique avec un second master. Actuellement, je continue à me former dans le but de devenir thérapeute manuelle. Je peux me déplacer à domicile. Je propose une approche centrée sur le patient avec un traitement personnalisé aux besoins de chacun.

Diplômée en kinésithérapie et réadaptation à l’UCL en 2024, je suis actuellement en cours de formation pour une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport (Kineac Formation, 2024–2026).

Depuis toujours, j’évolue dans le monde du sport. J’ai débuté par l’équitation et le fitness, avant de me consacrer au karaté, une discipline qui m’a permis de progresser tant physiquement que personnellement, et de développer une meilleure connaissance de mon corps et de ses capacités. Parallèlement, j’ai toujours été attirée par les sciences, et plus particulièrement par la médecine, ce qui m’a naturellement conduite vers la kinésithérapie : un métier qui allie le mouvement, l’activité physique et le domaine de la santé.

J’ai rapidement choisi de me spécialiser dans la kinésithérapie du sport afin de proposer une approche globale et une prise en charge complète, tant pour les patients sportifs que pour toute personne désireuse de retrouver du mouvement, de la performance ou un meilleur confort au quotidien. Cette spécialisation me permet d’intégrer de nombreuses techniques spécifiques, telles que l’utilisation de tests fonctionnels pour encadrer la reprise du sport après différents types de blessures, qu’elles concernent la cheville, le genou, le bassin, le dos ou encore les épaules. J’y développe également des compétences en manipulations ostéo-articulaires de base, inspirées de l’ostéopathie, ainsi qu’en rééducation fonctionnelle et en préparation à la reprise du sport pour des disciplines spécifiques telles que le basketball, le football, le cyclisme ou la course à pied et bien d’autres.

Soucieuse d’évoluer constamment, j’accorde une grande importance à la formation continue, mais aussi aux échanges avec mes collègues. Chaque thérapeute possède sa propre vision et ses méthodes de prise en charge ; découvrir d’autres approches et partager nos connaissances est, selon moi, une richesse essentielle pour offrir des soins de qualité.

I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.
