Passionate about sport, nutrition and wellness, I created the HK Personal Trainers brand with my sister, and together we created the HK Health Center, in order to help as many people as possible to feel good in their body and mind.

Jihane Mrabet, graduate of a Master in training and sports psychology at the University of Dijon, receives you at the Guiti Medical Center, Avenue de Tervueren 128 in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre on Mondays from 12 to 3 pm, Wednesdays from 11am to 3pm and from 5pm to 8pm as well as Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm or at the office Jihane Coaching Chemin de la carrière num 21 in Braine-L'Alleud on Tuesdays from 9am to 3pm, Wednesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am and from 2pm to 5pm, Fridays from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm, as well as Saturdays from 10am-1pm.
