I take care of shoulders, lumbago, neck pain, pain in different joints, tendinopathy, post-operation disorders and other types of rehabilitation. I can also come to your home in the area around my office if needed. In our daily lives as well as in our sports practices, the body can undergo certain stresses that can lead to pain. These pains can in turn reduce our movements and diminish our quality of life. This is where the physiotherapist comes in: he can reduce the stress imposed by daily constraints and thus reduce pain through manual techniques, exercises, progressive re-stressing, but also advice on lifestyle. What is exciting in my job is not only to reduce pain, but also to show my patients that movement and lifestyle are major assets to stay healthy and reduce pain, and I am here to accompany you during this rehabilitation.
