Nayis David is a registered physiotherapist practicing at Basic-fit at Place Jourdan. Passionate about his profession and attentive to his patients, his areas of activity are mainly general physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, tendinopathy, neck pain, lower back pain, etc.; Respiratory disorders; Cardiac rehabilitation; Post -operatives; Fractures,...), sports physiotherapy (Sports injury, hooking, sports manual therapy, rehabilitation, athlete monitoring,...) and plans to soon train in maxillofacial physiotherapy (TMJ disorders) and physiotherapy vestibular. His approach consists of having better pain management by putting the patient at the center of his rehabilitation via several manual techniques and different exercises specific to the patient while basing on his experience in outpatient services (Cardiac revalidation at the Clinique de Europe and in Orthopedic Revalidation at the Bois de la Pierre Clinic). Having obtained my master's degree with a specialization in sports physiotherapy, I will accompany you throughout your rehabilitation through a dynamic and adapted care in which I will also be able to advise and motivate you to reach your goals and improve your performance.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.

I am available at three practices: in Ixelles, in Kraainem and at Uperform in Wezembeek-Oppem.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation.
