Indien u geen dossier heeft in de praktijk kan u van deze dienst geen gebruik maken en dient u telefonisch contact te nemen om een afspraak te maken en bekijken we of er een mogelijkheid is om bij uitzondering een consult in te plannen indien uw huisarts afwezig is.
