I'm a psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain. I spent more than 10 years in the business world where I had the opportunity to observe people facing change, conflict situations, burnout and the desire for professional retraining. I was also interested in the dynamics that exist between hierarchical superiors, employees as well as that of colleagues among themselves. ​ Today, in addition to my Master's degree in psychology, I am a certified coach and I support you in requests such as: ​ 1. Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

Je reçois des adolescents et des adultes qui rencontrent des difficultés variées (traumatisme, choc émotionnel, souffrance, anxiété….). Les patients arrivent parfois avec une problématique claire, parfois avec un questionnement plus diffus. Ensemble, nous réfléchissons aux objectifs de la thérapie. J’utilise régulièrement l’hypnose conversationnelle stratégique (hypnose PTR), qui permet de désensibiliser des éléments douloureux du passé et reprendre le contrôle. Je suis très attentive au bien être des patients, et m'adapte autant à leurs besoins que à leur rythme.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.
